WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION?
- Early bird patrons pay just $50 USD a month until we officially launch in October 2022.
- Early bird patrons receive $125 USD off their package; this will be our largest discount and only available to early bird patrons and patrons who booked a trip with WI Kulcha in 2022.
- Spaces are limited and early bird registration guarantees your spot on this trip.
*The trip officially launches in early October and you’ll be able to see the full itinerary, accommodation and more at that time.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?
• If your country/city isn’t listed below, fill out the registration form and we’ll send your price.
• The prices below don’t include the early bird discount. The discount will be applied automatically when you register.
• The prices below are for a double occupancy room. If you’re a solo traveller, we can pair you with another solo traveller of the same sex. If you’d like a room for yourself, add $400 USD to the prices quoted below.
• If you’re travelling from the Caribbean and don’t have the valid documents to transit in the United States (such as a US visa), add $300 USD to the prices below as you’ll have a more expensive flight route via Europe.

WHAT ABOUT PAYMENTS AFTER THE EARLY BIRD PERIOD?
If you choose the monthly payment plan, your balance will be divided by eight and you’ll make eight equal payments. For example, if your balance is $2,000 USD, your monthly payment would be $250 USD.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
• Full refund (minus payment processing fees) before October 15th, 2022.
• No cash refunds can be issued after October 15th, 2022. Airline credit is available in some cases and patrons can sell/transfer their package (minus airfare) to another individual.
• Purchasing travel insurance is mandatory for all visitors to enter Bali. Your trip consultant can help with choosing travel insurance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WI KULCHA CANCELS?
In the unfortunate event that WI Kulcha has to cancel the trip, patrons can choose from another one of our trips to attend before December 2025.
Again, travel insurance is mandatory and can assist in recouping all or a significant amount of the money spent on purchasing this travel package.
CAN I CHANGE MY TRIP DETAILS AFTER I’VE REGISTERED?
Before October 15th, 2022: Yes, we can accommodate most changes.
After October 15th, 2022: We’ll try out best to make any requested changes. There may be an extra cost associated with certain changes.
